Remote Management Licenses

With a Remote Management SimpleHelp License you can

Create alerts over your remote access services so you can proactively get notified when a problem occurs and automatically perform actions to fix issues.

Run tools in your toolboxes across multiple remote access machines concurrently, from with the Access tab of the Technician Console.

How Does Licensing Work?

Remote Management features are additional features enabled by a remote management license.
  • A remote management license costs 50% more than a standard license. 
  • The number of machines that can be alerted over is limited to 40 times the active session count of the license. So with a SimpleHelp 10 license (with remote management functionality) you will be able to create alerts over 400 remote access services.
  • Using remote management features (alerts, toolbox) does not use active sessions, it is only based on your license limit.
Any existing SimpleHelp license can be upgraded to a Remote Management license, and Remote Management functionality can be added to a new license purchase.
